Set up in 1988, the Société de Gestion Ygossaise du bois (YGOSSAISE MANAGEMENT COMPANY FOR WOOD), SAS with a Board of Trustees presided by Elie Chauvin, is a family holding company with a capital of 513.936 €. It groups together the business activities of :

• LAMARQUE : created in 1895, leader of the group, thanks to a great variety of products : flooring, panelling, special profiles, lap-joints, roufh-woods. Merger of LAMARQUE, CAVALIER, NOGNAL.
• CAVALIER : since 1987, specialized in 2,00m panelling, and finger jointed panelling.
• NEURISSE : bought in 1989, develops the economy of secondary wood.
• NOGNAL : bought in 1990, manufacturing all types of plain mouldings.
• GARAUDE : last acquisition in 1991. Developing an important sawing activity.

The turn-over of SOGY-BOIS is close to 30.000.000 €.

The coordination of these five companies creates a new strength, able to fulfill customers' requirements.
